A smaller double spell ring opening antenna has been intended for the Navic applications in the L and S groups with a working frequency of 1.176GHz and 2.492GHz. The patch has been shortened at the inclining corners and a ring space is been removed in the patch to get the essential frequency of activity. A solitary layer of Rogers TMM 10i is used as substrate and a 50ω coaxial link has been utilized to energize the antenna. A basic method of etching patch with ring opening has been actualized to accomplish the double
frequency of activity. Proposed antenna have single radiator of which various regions are answerable for various frequency of activity. The general element of the antenna is 80mm×80mm×1.6mm which is 0.31λ×0.31λ making the proposed antenna a minimal one. The Proposed antenna is having double frequency of activity at the frequencies of 1.176GHz and 2.492GHz with an gain of 7.87dB and 7.95dB separately. Economically accessible 3D test system Ansys HFSS programming is utilized to structure the antenna.
